Founder, Current Chief Executive Officer and PresidentMs Lopez Gonzales is a full-time company director, she has accumulated a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors, Ms. Lopez Gonzales has served on a range of commercial, government and not-for-profit organisations and currently has oversight and advisory roles in businesses across Australia and overseas. Her executive experience spans over 20 years and includes 15 years in investment and launching of several community projects and has over 10 years’ experience in the community service sector including aged care and disability services.
Ms. Lopez Gonzales is the Founder, current Chief Executive Officer, and president of the board of Boyi Marni.
Her vision is to empower individuals to create a better future for all.

SecretaryFull-time Care Team Manager with HammondCare Aged Care based in South West Sydney. Over 25
years’ experience in the Care industry having provided support to clients living with Mental Health
conditions, Intellectual Disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
Worked in Partners in Recovery in Western Sydney when the NDIS was rolled out assessing clients
needs and assisting to access the scheme.
Experienced NDIS Support Coordinator providing quality services to participants through One Door Mental Health prior to moving into a Team Leadership/Management role.
Passionate about ensuring Care Workers are trained to the highest standard and supported in their
roles.
